Gentoo has media-libs/libfpx-1.2.0.9.ebuild in portage tree, but SRC_URI is not
valid. There is only libfpx-1.2.0.12.tar.bz2 in SRC_URI path.
So, libfpx prevents using of fpx USE flag - at least gimp and imagemagic use it
