Bug 99923 – permissions in /etc/conf.d

/etc/conf.d/net.pp0 has permissions -rw------- , all other files in that
directory have -rw-r--r-- , what is correct ?

i dont think we've had a reason yet to use 600 permissions in conf.d

at any rate, baselayout doesnt manage net.ppp0

/etc/init.d/net.ppp0 is installed by net-dialup/ppp.   
   
but on my system, it has correct 755 permissions.  
Alin, can you check it please?

the permissions on /etc/conf.d/net.ppp0 should be 0600 since it could contain a
password.

please note that net.ppp0 will be removed from ppp as soon as bug #53954 will be
resolved.
