Bug 99767 – baselayout-1.11.13 overwrites net.eth0 symlink when doing etc-update

Just emerged the above baselayout then did etc-update.  It prompted to update 
both net.lo and net.eth0 (which I had symlinked to net.lo, as instructed in a 
previous update).  When I said yes to the changes, etc-update replaced the 
symlink with the updated contents of the file that the symlink linked to (ie. 
net.lo), so I had 2 copies of net.lo

doinitd doesnt respect symlinks
