Try to re-emerge nvidia-kernel and nvidia-glx; if it does not help, post emerge
--info output and reopen.

Bug 97693 seems to be identical problem with different ebuild.

glx.h should either not typedef GLXPbufferSGIX or it should
#define GLX_SGIX_pbuffer
Where does that glx.h come from, it seems broken to me.
