Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Gentoo ;
2. emerge --sync ;
3. emerge --update --deep --newuse world ;
4. emerge ndiswrapper ;
5. emerge unmerge ndiswrapper ;
6. emerge =ndiswrapper-0.12-r3 .

Actual Results:  
Impossible to install in a clean way ndiswrapper-0.12.

Expected Results:  
Install ndiswrapper-0.12.

Yes, you cannot install ebuilds that have been removed from the tree a couple of
months ago.

  -ndiswrapper-0.12-r3.ebuild, -ndiswrapper-1.0_rc2.ebuild,
  -ndiswrapper-1.0_rc4.ebuild, -ndiswrapper-1.0.ebuild,
  -ndiswrapper-1.1.ebuild, ndiswrapper-1.1-r1.ebuild:
  clean out old ebuilds

Yet I fail to see why is this a bug.
