Have tested in HTML: only one option is allowed: <!ENTITY ndash "–"> <!-- en dash U+2013 ISOpub --> <!ENTITY mdash "—"> <!-- em dash U+2014 ISOpub --> Please include in DTD! IMHO good idea.
