update/remerge xorg-x11 libXp.so should be provided by it Hi, Thanks, now I understand the problem. I don't have X on this machine - I'm setting it up as a server. I don't even need jedit, my interest was in emergeing jakartacommons. I guess this is not really a bug. More a lesson - I got way more than I expected when emergeing jakatacommons. Thanks, Warren. the package isn't named that well, but that package is a jedit(gui editor) plugin |
