When trying to build kaboodle with USE=-arts, the dependencies include several
artsplugins. These require USE=arts, so kaboodle cannot be built without --nodeps.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build kde from the split ebuilds and without arts disabled in the USE flags.
2. emerge kaboodle (arts still disabled)
Actual Results:  
Portage attempts to build artsplugin-audiofile and several other artsplugins. Of
course, it fails, since artsplugins require kdelibs built with USE=arts.

Expected Results:  
Build kaboodle without using arts support.

 * artsplugin-audiofile needs the USE="arts" enabled and also the kdelibs
compiled with the USE="arts" enabled

actually... is there any media player for kde that does not depend on arts?
emerge --nodeps outputs:
kaboodle needs the USE="arts" enabled and also the kdelibs
compiled with the USE="arts" enabled

There's nothing we can do, kaboodle cannot be built witout arts (arts is the 
kde sound system and kaboodle is the kde media player, that should be 
expected...). 
 
juk and amarok are two KDE players that support different sound systems, you 
can take a look at them.
