media-tv/zapping-0.7 fails to merge due to file collision when strict is 
enabled.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add strict to FEATURES in /etc/make.conf.
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge zapping
