a patch for mutt-1.5.8-r2.ebuild that will enable sidebar (list of mailboxes)
in mutt.

no, I've rejected this numerous times before.  It has inconsistent behavior, a
number of outstanding bugs, and is available in muttng.  If you want the
sidebar, use muttng instead of mutt
