I tried to access a web site requiring an NTLM login using Konqueror 3.4.1. Unfortunately that didn't work, although I've used very same web site with Konqueror in the past (I think with KDE 3.3 it still worked). 

Google confirms that NTLM really is broken in KDE 3.4.1. Here's a patch (or a dirty, quick solution) available if you want to fix it:
