So one day I'm sitting here trying to setup a basic MySQL server, and I go "looking through the huge monolithic MySQL guide really sucks for basic setup".  That said, I decided to make a doc for it.  Attaching now.

We're still waiting for Chris to update/fix the doc based on Feedback he's got
from a variety of sources.
