The device type is correct? Excluding the wrong identification of the CD (which seems a separate issue) this problem was already reported, you can comment here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107153 I don't think we can do much for it, apart from suggesting to disable the the KDED Media Manager or recompile kdebase with USE="hal".
