Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge valgrind

Actual Results:
emerge fails

Expected Results:
emerge builds the application

I'm running on an AMD64, but the problem is proably on all hardware platforms.

Re-assinging to griffon26.

Adjusted summary, please include version numbers in the summary next time, as
it makes it easier for users to search for this bug in case they have the same
problem, here for more information:

Comment 2 Maurice van der Pot (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-07-10 11:50:55 UTC
Valgrind is known not to work on amd64, hence the keywords "-* ~ppc x86".
That is also the reason that ${A} expands to nothing; SRC_URI only specifies
something for ppc and x86.
