When emerging media-lib/svgalib-1.9.19-r3 install fails, there is an error in
Makefile.cfg.
should be: install -c -m
currently: install -c-m

Don't know who's fault it is, please fix with:
sed -i 's/-c-m/-c -m/' Makefile.cfg

or better solution.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge '=media-lib/svgalib-1.9.19-r3'
2.

Actual Results:  
1 install dies with an invalid option (-- -)
2 emerge dies

Expected Results:  
be nice and bugfree
