with nesc-1.2 ncc has moved to tinyos tree. While we are splitting tinyos in
smaller ebuilds, this may be separed from nesc and tos ebuild..

Just for the record,
there is no change in the source code of ncc in the new version included in the  release of tinyos-1.1.15, so this package wont need to be updated

Now in portage as dev-tinyos/ncc.
