emereg qca-tls fails with

Sorry, you seem to have a very unusual setup,   
or I missdetected $QTDIR=/usr/qt/3   
   
Please set $QTDIR manually and make sure that   
$QTDIR/bin/qmake exists.

I think that the problem is that x11-libs/qt is missing form DEPEND

Expected Results:  
compile

it depends on app-crypt/qca, which again depends on qt.

However, app-crypt/qca depends on app-crypt/qca-tls if USE=ssl.

app-crypt/qca-tls should depend right on qt aswell, since it uses qt for it's stuff.

no, I don't have x11-libs/qt-embedded installed.
