The ebuild for ghc-6.4 apparently forgets to set some compile option to allow
ghc to run in interactive mode.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ghci from the dev-lang/ghc-6.4 package

Actual Results:  
The following message is printed to the console:

  ghc-6.4: not built for interactive use

Expected Results:  
Interactive mode should be allowed to run.

This is deliberate. GHCi does not work yet on the AMD64 arch.

We hope that GHCi will work in the GHC 6.4.1 release.
