This is just an updated version to the already existing ebuild package containing the newest version. The package file is unchanged - is this really necessary for each release to submit a new, renamed version of the ebuild file? 

cpm (Console Password Manager) is a small console tool to manage passwords and other sensitive data and store them in a public-key encrypted file. It also allows you to configure the whole hierarchy yourself, so it's easily adoptable for many requirements. The encryption is handled through GnuPG, and the data inside is stored as XML.

Please, don't file a new bugs if there is one still pending. Just attach the
ebuild for the new version in there and change the summary accordingly. Two notes:

- Attachment type should be set to text/plain.
- The ebuild header is invalid, see
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=3#doc_chap1
