faad2 blocks mpeg4ip even if it is possible to let them coexist by compiling
faad2 without '--with-mp4v2' (it then will use the libmp4v2 from mpeg4ip). (A
good idea would be to add a useflag for faad2 to use its own libmp4v2 or the
external from mpeg4ip)

They both provide /usr/lib/libmp4v2.so ... faad2 contains an outdated (but
fonctionnal) version... It should probably be split out in a separate package,
but upstream does not seem willing to do that.
