Bug 97561 – sys-apps/foobar-2.0 fails to read my configuration properly

I tried to run foobar2, but it doesn't seem to be reading my configuration file
properly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup config file in .foobar
2. set config as "foo"
3. run foobar2
Actual Results:  
chris@localhost ~ $ ./foobar2
Configuration says: bar

Expected Results:  
chris@localhost ~ $ ./foobar2
Configuration says: foo
