Eclipse recently released a new major version of its SDK.  Can you get this into
portage, masked or not it doesn't matter.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add dev-util/eclipse-sdk to package.keywords and package.unmask
2. emerge eclipse-sdk
3. wait

Actual Results:  
Only eclipse-sdk-3.1_rc1 gets emerged.

Expected Results:  
emerge should grab the latest version: Eclipse SDK 3.1 final.
