When I tried to emerge apollon on my AMD64 machine using:
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge apollon
it wants to emerge apollon with arts even though
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge -pv apollon
says -arts. Ebuild bug?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge -pv apollon
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge apollon
