The Burlap web service protocol makes web services usable without requiring a large framework, and without learning yet another alphabet soup of protocols.

This file should live in ${FILESDIR}.
It is based on the build.xml from #92014, tweaked slightly.

Whoops... this is the actual file that should live in ${FILESDIR}. (not the
ebuild :-P)

Committed to official with this version and a 3.0.8 version taken from
dev-java/hessian-3.0.8.
