When trying to install the sci-mathematics/kalamaris program, I get a configure 
error: mcopidl is missing. The ebuild should have dependencies for this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kalamaris

Actual Results:  
checking for mcopidl... not found
configure: error: The important program mcopidl was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.


Expected Results:  
program installs

Short note, can't fix it now: mcopidl is part of ARTS - does kalamaris need this
at all? I don't think so. Better change kalamaris and tell upstream.

I just notice that it doesn't get through gcc 3.4.4 properly...

Fixed, so you can at least compile it if you still use gcc 3.3.x
