Bug 96573 – mod_log_sql - installed incorrectly for new apache file layout.

I need mod_log_sql in order to run a web app. I am using /apache-2.0.54-r11. The
file /10_mod_log_sql.conf get placed in the old location
/etc/apache2/conf/modules.d insterad of /etc/apache2/modules.d. In addition when
I try and start apache, after copying the file to the correct location I get the
error that the mod_log_sql.so file are in the wrong place.

Actual Results:  
Apache cannot start with -D LOG_SQL

Expected Results:  
apache2 should start

What version? I have 1.100 installed here, and it installed everything correctly.

Resolving this INVALID since like I stated, 1.100 has the correct locations (as
it inherits from apache-module.eclass).  This version has the same arches as the
bugged versions (which wouldve been 1.98-r1 AFAICT, and is not masked, so just
sync and reinstall.
