xmms-1.2.8 ebuild applies Suren A. Chilingaryan (CSA) patch - http://rusxmms.sf.net
xmms-1.2.10-r14.ebuild (stable) and xmms-1.2.10-r15.ebuild (testing) do not
apply this patch. I wonder, why it's missing. It was tested with XMMS 1.2.10,
it's stable and very useful.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Add an mp3 file into XMMS playlist
Actual Results:  
If ID3 tag has CP1251-encoded fields, they will be unreadable in LANG=ru_RU or
LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R locales.

Expected Results:  
They are automatically recoded if CSA patch is applied. Please visit
http://rusxmms.sf.net for details. The patch supports many locales including
Russian, Ukrainian, Belarussian, Bulgarian, Czech, Estonian, Croatian,
Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish, Slovak, Slovenian.

The patch againist latest gentoo ebuild is available on the RusXMMS site. The
author will be glad to help resolving any arising issues.
