lighttpd 1.3.14 has been released

In the future, please wait a while longer (~1 week is usually enough time for
the maintainer to get it done on his/her time) before filing bugs on version
bumps.  I get the release announcements the same time as everyone else.  The
only reason it hasn't been bumped until now is due to a lack of time.
