emerge of totem 1.0.2-r1 is blocked by gnome-extra\nautilius-media: a package
that doesn't exist!
gnome 2.10.

tryed to remove "!gnome-extra\nautilus-media" from totem ebuild and it worked.

Well, it existed and you still have it installed. Un-emerge it.
