Sorry, we don Sorry, we don´t support packages that are not in portage. You´ll have to solve it yourself. P.S. Symlink seems like an obvious workaround. At least gimp-2.2.6-r1 creates the symlink: $ ls -l /usr/bin/gimp-remote lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 May 10 20:22 /usr/bin/gimp-remote -> gimp-remote-2.2 $ equery belongs /usr/bin/gimp-remote [ Searching for file(s) /usr/bin/gimp-remote in *... ] media-gfx/gimp-2.2.6-r1 (/usr/bin/gimp-remote -> gimp-remote-2.2) Why don't you add the symlink into the ebuild? And btw typing "gimp-2.0 picture.jpg" instead of "gimp picture.jpg" sucks :) As you can see in comment #3 - gimp-2.2.6-r1 has the symlink. |
