Ebuild for newly released 2.0.

Only minor changes in ebuild from 1.2.x:  more doc files, and had to override
localstatedir in autotools to avoid scrollkeeper sandbox violation.

Works great for me on amd64 so I added it to keywords.
I also updated the description to match the new features available in Drivel
2.0

2.0.1 is out too. Renaming your ebuild works just fine it seems (~x86). Thanks.
