While trying to merge acct-6.3.5 I get a collision on /usr/bin/last which is
owned by sysvinit-2.86.

I do not agree with the dupe.

This bug is about acct and sysvinit (and not baselayout as the other bug) and
about /usr/bin/last (and not the manpage of last).

Tobias, the baselayout ebuild used to provide sysvinit directly, and
acct-6.3.5-r1.ebuild installs neither /usr/bin/last nor the man-page, so it's a
valid dupe in both regards.

Ok, I see.
acct-6.3.5-r1 should be marked stable then.
