Since there are now at least two fully compatible Redis forks (Redict and Valley) and a third partially compatible (DragonflyDB) it would be good to have a virtual or app-alternative for redis so that builds don't need to target the specific implementation.

For now, I think only Redict is in Portage, but there may be overlays.
