  This is an unstable amd64 chroot image at a tinderbox (==build bot)

  The build log matches a QA pattern or sth. else requested by a dev:
  * QA Notice: Symbolic link /usr/bin/x64 points to /usr/bin/x64sc which does not exist.

  The attached etc.portage.tar.xz has all details.

Don't recall seeing that when I bumped but maybe I didn't pay attention when I tried multiple variants at once given I mostly only used one as it builds faster.

aka, assume it doesn't respect --program-transform-name for one symlink.

Not a big deal I think though (.desktop files should point to the right one), may only look at this next bump if it's still a problem unless someone else wants to look at this (I don't use vice, only been bumping on the sides).
