Based on the solution for tv-out bug in the ati-drivers (8.12.10) which can be
found on http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=87267 i've developed an binary
patch which solve the tv-out problem (after apply, my tv-out problems are gone).

The patch can applied with this command:
 patch -f --binary /usr/lib/modules/drivers/fglrx_drv.o <
ati-8.12.10-tvout-binary.patch

My videodapter is an ATI 9100IGP

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installing ati drivers (8.12.10)
2. Configure XOrg for TV-Out only
3. See flickering TV-Output

Ok, i've now tried the newest drivers (8.14.13-r1) and the tv-out bug doesn't
longer exist for me. I think, this thread can be closed.
