The ebuild points to
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/${PN}/${P}.tar.bz2.

The package is not installable because it's not downloadable from there.

The correct URI would be:
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/${PN}/${P}.tar.bz2.

known problem with all gnome packages, :/ 

They changed the layout on the ftp, and frankly, I've been deep in life lately
and haven't had time to go through it all.. will fix intltool now.
