Can you please try with app-text/gnu-ghostscript? Same results with gnu-ghostscript: mcfletch@raistlin:/usr/share/inkscape$ gs GNU Ghostscript 8.16 (2005-05-09) Copyright (C) 2004 artofcode LLC, Benicia, CA. All rights reserved. This software comes with NO WARRANTY: see the file PUBLIC for details. Unrecoverable error: syntaxerror in token Operand stack: --nostringval-- --nostringval-- Bullets4 Japanese --nostringval-- mcfletch@raistlin:/usr/share/inkscape$ This looks really like a duplicate of bug 89089 Can you please check again if ghostscript-7.05.6-r2 does not work for you? Because thats the only difference as far as I can see .. Can you please alo look if you experience bug 74090 on your machine? I bumped the version for afpl today .. but I dont think that helps. I guess it is something unrelated to ghostscript. DO you have any news for us? no activity here. Please reopne if you are interested in solving it |
