1. Upstream is dead.
2. Was a dependency of net-fs/coda, and we dropped that 13 years ago, before git: https://bugs.gentoo.org/336606
Nothing else depends on it
3. Has multiple build failures, porting to C23 would be problematic.

Or change to new upstream and bump version https://github.com/cmusatyalab/coda/tree/master/lib-src/rpc2

Hypothetical ersion bump still needs porting, so treeclean is the best

sys-libs/lwp is also part of coda suite and only rpc2 is revdep.
should be in same treeclean
