Bug 94929 – app-admin/gkrellm-2.2.6 keeps sporadically "Aborting"

gkrellm has started sporadically "aborting" on me.

I run 3 copies of it, 2 of them connect to external gkrellmd's, and don't quit. 
1 of those is in my fluxbox slit, along with the 3rd, local one.  The other 
remote one is on it's own on my desktop.

It's only the local copy that does quit, so I ran it from a console and disabled 
all plugins.  It still quit after a time (anywhere from instantly to 12 hours), 
with the following error:

gkrellm2: ath.c:184: _gcry_ath_mutex_lock: Assertion `*lock == ((ath_mutex_t) 0)
' failed.
gkrellm aborted:    (?)
Aborted


I have installed:

[ebuild   R   ] app-admin/gkrellm-2.2.6  +X +nls +ssl

It has only started to happen recently (the last week), but I can't remember 
whether it started when I upgraded gkrellm or something else.  I upgraded from 
2.2.5 to 2.2.6 on May 19th.
