Thanks for reporting, confirmed x11-libs/gtk+ with the required USE for X will fix gtk greeter issue, however we should also add wayland greeter support as well. I'll start some tests to see how feasible this idea is and check QT at the same time. After looking into the QT5 I have learned that the QT switcher has been moved out into the LxQT project but the USE flag is still required at build time for lightdm to support it. I will leave QT build support in case the LxQt Gentoo team wish to add at a later date and will update the wiki to reflect this. |
