I've seen it during bumping, it's a typo in the configure script and I neglected to fix it, because it requires running autoconf and it does not cause any issues. 

It has already been fixed upstream with https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/commit/b7fbaec29c727898105736f77fb0cce452739a3e
