Bug 94726 – emerge cronolog fails on src_compile because of missing canonicalisation scripts

./config.guess and ./config.sub are reportedly not found by automake when
emerging cronolog. I had a look inside the cronolog tarball and saw that these
scripts are not present. Though I'm not sure if they are supposed to be in the
distribution anyhow.

1. emerge cronolog
