the current suitesparseconfig ebuild isn't able to download the package (see log file).

The corresponding SRC_URI called 'http://202.36.178.9/sage/${P}.tar.bz2'

OK, my fault. I completely forgot I hosted those tarballs on a system at university of Canterbury and I decommissioned it. Same for all old style suitesparse ebuilds before suitesparse version 7.

If we have the tarballs on some mirrors I probably can probably host them on https://github.com/kiwifb/suitesparse_splitbuild.

I have recovered all the tarballs and pushed them on github under
https://github.com/kiwifb/suitesparse_splitbuild/releases/tag/v5.4.0
All the builds related to 5.4.0 needs to have an updated SRC_URI from that page.
