Don't you have /usr/qt/3/bin/lrelease? It should come with x11-libs/qt. I guess thats a portage-cvs problem then of not keeping variables exported during the different phases, analog to the other bug I filed: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92952 Created attachment 62251 [details, diff]
Patch to make kphone use complete path to lrelease
If configure hadn't found QT it would have aborted much earlier, so I'm
guessing it did, and the thing that's broken is calling lrelease without a
full path... (Why wouldn't portage-cvs provide the complete path from
/etc/profile including $QTDIR/bin, anyway?)
Try the attached diff that makes it use the full path to lrelease. (I'll
prolly get eaten alive by the configure monster for putting a line saying
'autoconf' in an ebuild, so for the tree we may want to just use $QTDIR,
but that as you say needs eclass changes :-)

And the correspondingly modified ebuild
old bug, never happened again .. i get the same error on kphone-4.2-r1 ehm, no sry, the error is different |
