ipodslave-0.6.3 needs a header (kswap.h) that is included in kdelibs but not 
installed with kdelibs, so it does not compile. It should be reported to the 
author...

If kswap.h does not get installed surely it should be reported to the kdelibs 
maintainers as from the comments on kde apps it should be installed?

kswap.h is in kio/misc/kntlm/kswap.h I have logged bug 101134 for this as it is 
not getting instaled from the ebuild

Please report this to bugs.kde.org or to the ipodslave author, kdelibs treats 
kswap.h as an internal header and does not install it, so this is not Gentoo 
specific.

ipodslave-0.7_pre0.ebuild

The issues with kswap.h were fixed in the pre-alpha releases of version 0.7.
Here is a working ebuild for ipodslave-20051031. I've called it 0.7_pre0
because it is a pre-alpha version for the 0.7 line (so it won't make it into
portage ;)

ipodslave 0.7 has been released (today).  Can we get an update? Some of the
fixes include support for udev (as of 0.63, I believe).

Now up to version 0.7.3 (as of yesterday). 0.7.3 includes major bugfixes. Is anyone maintaining this ebuild?
