xml-security is a dependency of jboss-4.0.2. It depends on at least xalan, xerces-1, xerces-2, commons-logging, log4j, and a JCE implemtation, in addition to clover which is not in portage.

Uses the ebuild for dev-java/bcprov from bug #94436

It _could_ use clover-ant-task over at bug #92205, but clover doesn't seem to
be required.
