nfs-utils depends on libevent-1.0e-so.1 and breaks after emerge of
dev-libs/libevent-1.1

revdep --soname libevent-1.0e-so.1 must be run to fix this but nothing is
mentioned in the ebuild. The ebuild should be amended to indicate this.

normal revdep-rebuild does not find this dependency.

nfs-statd fails to start
