1. Fixed the dependency for libofx to reflect the minimal needed version of 
0.7 
 
2. Patched the CSV-Export, because the default Separator is ',', which is the 
same for currencies in Germany means "Total",70,34 means 70 Euro and 34 Cent 
I replaced it be a tab-symbol '\t' and extracted all occurencies of that 
symbol into a variable, tho the author can provide a configure option easyly.

Steps to Reproduce:
for 1. when building, configure claims, that libofx is not present (use flag 
ofx enabled) 
 
for 2. Create a Report an the click export. The exportet file looks like 
described above.
