Description Aldo "xoen" Giambelluca 2005-05-28 09:05:14 UTC
I'm trying to copy a DVD-Rom, data, simple files...I've selected "Copy CD", OK
it's a DVD but maybe it works...but graveman exit, without errors...so I've
tryed to run graveman from a terminal, the program crashes but only with a
"Segmentation fault" message.

I've tryed also with a CD-Data and a CD-Audio (not protected). Same error.
I've also tryed to umount the CD/DVD before copy it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Graveman
2. Click on "Copy CD"
3. Select the destination iso file name
4. Click on "Write tracks"

Actual Results:
Graveman crashes with a "Segmentation fault" error

Expected Results:
CD/DVD copied

My DVD-Recorder is a Pioneer DVR-107D (http://www.cdfreaks.com/article/137)

I'm testing...I'm trying to copy the gentoo minimal liveCD (80 MB) disc to
iso...now the program (0.3.12-3)not craches, it seems to do the ISO image, but
when the progress bar go to 100% nothing appens for many time ... and after I
get this error :

****************************************
impossibile creare l'immagine: /usr/bin/readcd: Success. read_g1: scsi sendcmd:
no error

"impossibile creare l'immagine: /usr/bin/readcd: Success. read_g1: scsi sendcmd:
no error" is italian, it means "impossible create the image: [...]".

I will try with another CD-Rom, the message means that there is an error with
this CD-Rom?
Comment 3 Aldo "xoen" Giambelluca 2005-05-28 23:56:45 UTC
OK, I've tryed to copy an old SuSE 7.1 CD-Rom to an ISO image, the CD-Rom seems
good and at the end of the process the program give me a message of
success...well bug closed ;)

Bye, thanks to developer, good work! ;)
