When trying to emerge gst-plugins-0.8.8\gst-plugins-0.8.8-r1 with distcc i get:

Maybe I should mention, that because of bug 94444 localhost was not in my host
list when doing this merge. Thus I think [ which may be wrong ] that in fact
compelation only took place at the remote host, which is the second one in the
'emerge --info section'.

Can you try again with less aggressive CFLAGS? Also please attach the file 
stated.

Reopen when you provide the information.
